Warning!!! Do not purchase jerky for this place. I stopped by to get a snack one day as I was traveling by and got some jerky. The meat was good until I noticed mold growing on the pieces!
My whole family has bought from the Butcher Shop for many years. This year was the first year that a mistake was made and they worked with us to fix it to our satisfaction. The best part was how they all helped us when I realized my tire had went flat in their parking lot! We were very grateful for their help and they have the best meat we have found in our area!
Best meat around. The meat is fresh and makes everything you make with it taste delicious.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I live south of Nashville TN, but my folks live in Rolla, MO, just down US 63 from here. They buy all their meat here... they have never had a bad experience. When I have the chance, I go in a few days ahead, place my order and they freeze it for me. I put it in the cooler and bring it back home.
The meat is excellent! And they will wrap the portions you want, the way you want. You want to buy 10 pork chops and have them wrapped in 2 pork chop portions?? No problem!
