I haven't been a very good dentist goer in my life because I've never found a doctor and a clinic staff who are kind, professional, and care about patients genuinely. They call to check on you, they call to remind you about appointments. The office staff are wonderful. The dental assistants and hygeinests are willing to answer any question you have and are extremely helpful and gracious. They're also very competent. Both dentists are thorough and professional. Dr. Joe (who I've seen more often) takes the time to really listen to what you're saying and offer options and suggestions. While they are very busy in this office--of course they are, everyone wants to be a patient here--you're never made to feel rushed when talking with your dentist. They also don't inflict more pain than absolutely necessary. Currently I have an abscess that's visible on an x-ray and is under treatment and Dr. Joe didn't even think about tapping on my tooth. This place is the absolute best and I'll never go elsewhere.
Friendly service. Both times I've been there I have had no pain after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Excellent at what they do.
Going there has always been painless and simple. I've had to get 2 teeth pulled so far and they were painless and easy. They healed nicely with minimum pain. They really know what they are doing and always make the experience quick, simple, and informative.

Dr Joe is amazing. He took his time and was patient with me to make sure I felt the least amount of pain possible. I have had a previous bad dental experience so I was scared to death but everyone made sure I knew that they would do their best to make me as comfortable as could be. Will be going back to Dr Joe to complete my dental work and he is going to work with me to get over my fear of dentists. I really think he might be able to end my 30+ years of dental fright.
Always a great experience every time I step into the office. The staff is very knowledgeable in the procedures that I need done and if I have questions about my billing the accounts manager is always ready to help!
